Alanna McGuinness is passionate about developing people and seeing them reach their goals.  She is a Business, Economics & Social Studies Graduate from Trinity College Dublin, majoring in Economics & Politics.  Additionally she holds a professional qualification in Marketing (MII); Human Resource Management (CIPD); Employment Law (IBEC/NCI) and is a qualified Occupational Tester from Saville & Holsworth(UK’s leading Psychometric Testing). 

She holds nearly 10 years work experience covering management, specialised recruitment and financial services. 

Having worked in recruitment for 5 years, recruiting staff from leaving certificate & graduate to director level, Alanna recognised her interest in developing people both personally and in their careers.
